My children love this office. The parrot even sang my 17 year old son Happy Birthday last year The doctors are so nice as well as the receptionist desk. That is rare to find both in one office. Definitely recommend bringing your young ones here. Not just Certified in Dentistry, but Customer Service as well. That is one thing I take notice of in any business I encounter.

NEW OFFICE MANAGER IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, YELLS TO MAKE HER POINT AND DOES NOT LISTEN TO PATIENTS!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! When I asked for her to transfer to speak with someone in regards to her accepting responsibility for HER ERROR she smugly said there's no one!!!! If thats what you are all based on we will NEVER RETURN!!!!! Sad a child has to change their dentist because office staff are so unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!!! If I could give -5 stars I would have.

Today morning my husband took our daughter and son to Mint dental for the first time. Im in disbelief how unprofessional the so call office manager treated and questioned my husband about my daughter. I wont get into details, because its unnecessary. She asked very personal question regarding the connection to my daughter and husband, she asked where I was at.. and she was in disbelief my daughter was there just to establish care. My husband and kids dont know better when it comes to health care, but i do. Turns out she apologized at the end because she was having a bad morning, her husband passed and was having car issues. So all that bad energy and unnecessary stress at check in, my kids were a part of. To that lady who checked in my family, please keep your problems at home and bring a smile to work. Youre getting paid to give great care! Not to cause stress and anxiety to families!
