Terrible service. My son had a appointment which was booked November 2023 which they didn't receive the referral in a timely manner had me wait in the lobby for over an hour once they did receive the referral and it was a issue since my son has DUAL INSURANCE they told me sorry we cant see you since we just got the referral but I will automatically rescheduled you to next month here comes next month guess what they said oh yes we have your referral the day before the appointment and once again they told me sorry we are not accepting new patients but you guys AUTOMATICALLY rescheduled his appointment!!!! After i took the day off from work AGAIN because i was told the month previous he would be seen. Very terrible communication office staff will not notify you of any cancellation or any issues regarding your appointment until the day before. Let alone its hard to contact the office if you leave a message they would respond within 24 hours but i left also MD left messages and no response. TERRIBLE. It wouldve been nice to get notified of cancellation earlier than A DAY before the appointment! Went through the whole process of removing the dual coverage md sending over the referral just get told the same thing again.

Waste of time! If they dont take your insurance they wont call you to let you know! Theyll just cancel your appointment and claim that they called you. I have absolutely no missed calls or voicemail from the day/time they claimed they called. I actually got a confirmation text at that time. I waited 2 months for this appointment!! Absolutely incompetent

Got a chance to see Dr. Allen Young. My mom has a an ear infection for last 40 yrs, Dr. Young explained and showed us the treatment we can follow. He is gave us more than enough time to explain the problem. He is one of the most professional medical expert I have met so far. I can 100% recommend Dr. Young to anybody who has ear related problems. Much respect and thanks again.

Getting called back to a room was fast, within 10 minutes, Dr. Goll came in to see us fast. His bedside manner with my child was great. The reason for 3 stars is that he tells me that my child has nothing wrong but didn't even ask him how his breathing was, and that was my main concern. Upon leaving I ask my child and he says he can't breathe at all thru his nose. Writing this now at 4:40AM as my child is sleeping and breathing thru his mouth and will even stop breathing for a few seconds. How is this normal?
