Dr. Baldauf, was very nice and listen to Mt problems and gave me a injection that helped my bad knee. He gave me information and help me with understand just what choices I had regarding my knee.

I have been experiencing pain and stiffness in my left knee due to osteoarthritis for the last 2 1/2 years. A friend who works with Dr. Baldauf in the OR recommended that I see him since it was my friend's impression that Dr. Baldauf was the best knee surgeon that he has seen in the OR. I finally decided to follow my friend's advice when I had a sudden exacerbation of pain and stiffness after some prolonged exertion. While it took me over a month to get the appointment, it was well worth it since Dr. Baldauf was personable and expressed a genuine interest in helping me. He did not immediately recommend surgical replacement but did recommend an intra-articular injection of a corticosteroid that many knee specialists are utilizing even though it has proven to provide only a short-term relief of symptoms. It has only been 24 hours, but the stiffness and pain are already improved. Time will tell how long this will help but I will follow-up with Dr. Baldauf's team in the future.
