Very good service and selection. I was in and out in no time! I even got my brand new prescription glasses the same day!! That means a lot when you cannot see. The representative who was assigned to me was extremely helpful. Since I went alone, she helped me select a pair that looked nice, fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. She was knowledgeable in the different lens filters that are available and even educated me on some I didn't know existed. The folks here are significantly more helpful than some other optometrist in our area. These folks care.

I'm not going to lie, would I normally want to come to the eye doctor attached to the LensCrafters in the mall?  No.  I had an amazing eye doctor, who I loved an adored for years, but unfortunately he stopped taking my insurance so I was left feeling a bit stumped.  I had come to this office when I first moved to Vegas as a youngling and had no idea where to go (before the internet made me very adept at researching doctors), but I found my doctor and stopped coming.  During the pandemic, I freaking needed contacts (and an eye exam obviously) so I told myself, whatever I'll just go to LensCrafters again, in the mean time, until I find a new doctor.  Well, it's been a couple years and I keep coming back.  Why?  I love that digital eye exam.  I hate getting my eyes dilated and I forgot just how easy and quick these eye exams are.  Part of me wonders if I'm cheating myself but when you look at those pictures of your eyes, it makes you feel better that they are actually seeing if you have a problem or not.  I like the staff here.  They aren't too friendly but they aren't rude either.  I appreciate the "all business with a few laughs peppered in" attitude, I didn't come to the doctor to make friends.  The doctor I see (Dr. Suk) is very nice and even though the appointments are quick, he does seem to care and will spend more time with you if you have questions or concerns.

I called to make an appointment. Showed up early. Was seen by the two assistants to do the majority of the exam but over an hour after my appointment time I had to go back to work. I went up to the desk and explained I needed to leave and was quickly offered a refund- like this happens all the time. I was going to offer to come back to finish the exam some other time when they weren't so busy.   I asked when I could come in and be seen within an hour of my appointment and was told that basically they have no earthly idea when anyone will ever be seen because apparently it's everyone's first day working at an eye doctor. I tried to call another location to ask for a different appointment with a reasonable wait time and the person who answered at the call center said that they  generally could have a two hour wait for an appointment. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe that one lady was having a bad day but it just seems common practice to not keep a schedule. This on top of the fact that I was quoted one price on the phone and when I arrived they tacked on an additional $60 or so in services without really explaining it was optional. They told me those services were on sale and just added them to my bill, which is clearly a programmed manipulation to price gouge patients. When I questioned and said I didn't need the other services they just moved on.  I can not imagine how many people have paid way extra for services they did not know we're not part of a regular exam. I've been using this eye doctor for 30 years. I don't understand what happened but the whole practice seems like it's completely lost reasonable management- and is disrespectful to clients' budgets and times. I'm going to find another eye doctor now and do not recommend going to any of their locations.
