I take Alto Sax lessons there q Monday. Teacher and staff very helpful. Even carry Sax. Case back to studio. And when class is dine. Carry case to my car. They are kind. Friendly. And helpful. Best place for music needs. Top fog teachers.

I tried taking a drum lesson there I had heard ok things about them,that should have been enough to look somewhere else.they were suppose to have there drum instructor call me it took 3 attempts and all 3 times the employees promised phone calls back that day or at least within 48 hrs. The employees were lack luster to say the least at there customer service skills.by the way I never heard from Francisco the drum instructor.my recommendation is find someone who really is interested in teaching this place obviously isn't.THEY SUCK!

I dropped off a clarinet to be serviced on Friday. They were to call me Monday with the details and then when it would be ready well today is Thursday and I had to call them myself. I still have not heard from them and it has been a week I will update as needed.
