I would email and call and get no response for weeks at a time, so ended up working with another Lender and the very thing across Country told me not to do is what actually boosted my credit 58 points. So just to be curious I called cross country back they re-run supposedly and said it came back the same. So then when I asked how did you run it cause if you did I would get a notification stating my credit was obtain since it was 3 months since the last time. And then I said its impossible for it to be the same because I have a credit card now that Ive had 3 months. So if youre not seeing that you didnt do anything because Ive had another lender run it and they see everything I see, it was like chasing them. I would stay away from this company..Even the Realtor that recommended got upset cause they made him look bad

Hands down the best mortgage company I have ever used.  Twyla Gray and her team are absolute pros.  I have done 2 loans and a refi with them and I will never use another company.Hands down the very best!

Not at all happy with Crosscountry Mortgage.  Bradley Rosser made a hard pull against my credit even though I told them not to, until I had a better understanding of their rates.  And their rates weren't even competitive.

After I was denied, I got contact from Twyla, she was very motivated even when I was already done with my searching for a loan, and after a month here Im signed for my new house and very happy, I was hard but she made it happen, thank you Twyla grey and Crosscountrymortage.
