We were referred to this mortgage company by our realtor and were able to close on our dream home in Vegas in three weeks! Between my husband and myself we have purchased over 10 homes in the last 30 years and this was the best experience ever! Jay Williams, Tazia Judd and the Becca Green team really made my dream of becoming a homeowner come true. They were always available when I needed them, kept me updated step by step and really provided exceptional service to me throughout the whole process. I was often stressed until my closing and I know I'm not always the easiest to work with when I am stressed, and they reassured me every step of the way and really went above and beyond to make it happen. I worked very closely with John Panich and the rest of David Yurovchak's team. My family and I were stuck in a situation where a lender had deserted us, and we were at risk of losing $8k and our prospective home. John and Guild closed on our future home in TWO WEEKS - what had taken the other lender 60+ days to not even complete! They worked what we see as miracle, and our closing costs/down payment and mortgage was exactly what we had desired. They truly turned a horrible experience into a fantastic one. You will not be disappointed with this amazing, knowledgeable and CARING team. They made it personal the entire time and we really feel they absolutely had our best interest in mind. In addition, never did we feel pressured, misinformed, and everyone we talked to at Guild were so professional and courteous. My family cannot thank David, John and the team at Guild for what they did for us. They are most definitely the best, and we will not hesitate to refer them to any and everyone we know, or use them again in the future!
