Rebecca Hoche is the best realtor I've ever worked with. If you want a shark to protect you and your assets, use Rebecca. She was extremely quick to respond even after business hours. She also was 3 to 4 steps ahead of the game at every point. Well worth the money, no nonsense, clear communication, and great results! I will be recommending her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Rebecca is a highly knowledgeable realtor who will fight for you every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with Rebecca who explained everything to us as first time home owners using an FHA loan. We never felt pressured beyond our means and she showed us that even on a single teacher's salary we could get out of a bad renting situation into a home of our own. Even after we moved into our place we still keep in contact, and she again came through for us when we referred our friends to her in a last minute crisis situation.

My highest recommendations for Rebecca Hoche. I first contacted Rebecca prior to moving to Henderson from Honolulu. Not only was she very responsive to my inquires but was also proactive by keeping me updated on homes that met my criteria. Rebecca did a great job at getting to know exactly what my wife and I were looking in a home. After 6 months and looking at literally dozens of houses Im happy to have found the perfect home. One thing that stood out the most was Rebeccas attention to detail and passion for the work she does. She kept us highly informed and well guided through the entire home buying process which was a huge factor in our decision-making process. In addition, she fought hard for us to make sure we got the best deal possible by successfully negotiating with the sellers realtor on our behalf. I have no doubt that if it wasnt for Rebecca we could not have gotten the seller to agree on almost all of our terms. I will for sure be recommending Rebecca to any of my friends that is in the market for a new home.
