Judith was great. She was very helpful and professional. She quicky understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect house for me. The whole process was very smooth. I had to do it remotely but she was always on top of things. I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. She also teamed me up with a great property manager. Even after the closing, she asks how the house is doing. I wouldn't think twice to ask her for help again if I want to buy another house.

After being rejected elsewhere, I took a chance and called from a video on TikTok. From the first call I received David was very helpful and professional. He teamed me up with the perfect lender Dan and his team. After being rejected more than once, we about to give up looking for a home. David helped us see our goal and worked with us the whole way. David was very helpful even though we are moving in from a different state. Again thank you for being so helpful and helping our family reach our goal! Anyone looking for a great group of individuals to work with to buy or sell a home or multiple properties, do yourself a favor and save time by contacting simply Vegas the chakits k group, I promise it will be the best experience unless your a negative and closed minded person then your experience will be different!! This group is always on point and know how to get you what you want, at least that was my experience! I had such a blast but also we were all professional with the business aspect of things. Thankfully we found this group and was able to work with them, this is the second time using them and each time all went well and smooth. I cant guarantee your outcome but I highly recommend if given the opportunity to definitely reach out to the group and see what they can do for you and if you do many blessings to you all, its been nothing short of greatness, just be open and be prepared to have some professional fun nothing like living and laughing so live a little and pick up the phone and do the darn thang!!!
