        love the food, snacks are amazing, food is great, you can order any level of hotness if requested Or any items removed from the meals. I love the willingness of them to work with me because I am picky alot of the time.

        Never once yelled. I had family around when I was on the phone the night before and they all said I wasnt yelling at all. I literally never yelled even when I went in. Owner then argued on the phone when I called and made me bring in cake the next day. I show up and they act like Im crazy and push the cake back at me saying they didnt tell me to bring it in. They kept pushing me to get food instead of my money back even though I kept saying I didnt want any food. They both ganged up on me and made it extremely awkward. They harassed me and made a scene. The husband says We are only human and acted very dramatic. It was the oddest experience. I literally sat in my car for 10 min in shock at this exchange. When a tiny cake is 15$ and the owner convinces you to buy it and its literally ALL cheap frosting with barely any cake then I want a refund. Understandably, especially in this economy. The other cake I bought for my aunt made her sick all night and the wings were so spicy I couldnt eat them. The gyros were good though. I mentioned on the phone that I thought they should have it on the menu that its spicy and they argued about that too. **I spent 70$ there including a 10$ tip which Im upset they put in now. I worked in restaurants and when a customer has a legitimate reason for a refund you just give it to them and move on. Complaining gives me anxiety and I dont enjoy it and being forced to go in wasnt fun for me. Now, Ill never return to Hellas. I didnt want to write this but I do not appreciate being harassed further by your reply to my blank 1 star review.

      We’re sorry you didn’t like the cake flavor, but you didn’t have to yell at us demanding a refund. We are also humans :) We would have happily exchanged, refunded, offered a free meal … instead you were disrespectful & rude over a simple cake flavor.
