TO: MICHAEL GENERAL MANAGER.RE: OMAR - SALESPERSON Michael...Simply stated, OMAR was 5 Star. We needed some printer information. OMAR was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and kind. I've suffered a knee injury, and he walked our purchases to our car. He's a keeper. We will return because of him. Thank you.

I had to have a new printer when my 6 year old HP went crazy. Went to this Staples and was helped by Omar. He was knowledgable and courteous. Decided on one after asking about every printer on the shelf. Got home and set it up - no problem.Next day I went to copy a couple of pages and realized the new printer did not have a paper feeder. I figured I was stuck with it - especially since I threw the box away.I called the store and talked to Omar. He said to gather everything up and bring it back. He help me find another one! I did and it took 15 minutes (remember I had already looked at every printer the previous day).I was surprised that the store was anxious to work with me and Omar was just as courteous as before. I was embarrassed at such an oversight, but was made to feel it was no problem at all.Try this store and ask for Omar! You will not be disappointed.

This store is good and efficiently run, but the 5 stars really goes to a terrific print supervisor named Emily. A while back I was in for a scan/copy/print job, and Emily gave such outstanding customer service, I made a note to myself to rave about her on Yelp! Emily made a stressful pile of legal papers magically turn into perfectly formatted professionally prepared documents. The 5 stars is because her patience and thoughtful service removed the stress. :)

I work nearby and this is my favorite Staple in town.  I print a lot of marketing for my business and Julia is an outstanding employee who helps me every time.  She greets me when I walk in, by name, and has my order ready.  I highly recommend her for a promotion.

It's been 12 years since I bought an office chair. And the last time I bought it, I bought it at Staples. Although I should have replaced the chair 3 years ago, it's been rough. No extra funds to buy bigger-priced items, but when you work a lot from home, you need a good chair. So, as I was whining to my daughter that I was going to purchase a chair she said Happy Early Birthday. Pick a chair. HUH?? Okie dokie and it didn't take long. I found the chair and hightailed it over to Staples. As luck would have, there is an employee there who fricken loves his existence. His name is Logan. I got lucky when I asked him if he could help me. Logan made my day, my week, and my birthday month of June a time to celebrate and rejoice! His attitude, disposition, work ethic, and overall joy in working at his job were infectious. Every employer should be so grateful to have such an employee working for them. In this day of slackers, living off the state, and entitlement, I tip my hat and give accolades to Logan. And Staples for their hiring process that led this enlightening individual to work in their store.
