Hostess both were not welcoming and didn't even provide menus when they seated us. They need a reminder to say hello with a smile and welcome. Server(order taker)friendly but didn't make up for the low attention to detail, we ordered an appetizer and never received it (server wasn't around to notice) a different runner delivered dinner and we were well into it before she checked on us so we could advise we didn't receive the appetizer. I would have been treated more warmly and enjoyed tastier tacos at my local shop.

I ordered steak tacos, I received steak nachos. I wanted the appetizer I told the woman at the bar. I also ordered a steak burrito, I received a skirt steak with sides of what I. My cocktail is so strong, I have had two sips I can't drink this. The woman behind the bar is either new, or she just doesn't care. Not coming here again.

My husband and I went to Borracha on Saturday for a date night and sat at the bar. They were slammed when we walked in so at first we were worried about receiving good customer service. HOWEVER, it was amazing. The chips and salsa were delicious, we split a quesadilla which was to die for, and drinks were delicious! 10/10! Thank you!
