Highly recommend! Working with Tonia as my therapist and Ashly as my psychiatrist has really changed my life for the better. You can tell they care about your progress and take the time to listen to you. Putting in the work on myself with their guidance has really changed my perspective on myself and given me positive control in any situation. Making active changes in life will always come with initial discomfort and intimidation, but having them as my support has given me confidence in my future. Couldnt be more excited to continue my journey with them.

My experience with Behavioral Health Solutions has been great. BHS provides therapists and psychiatrists who are highly knowledgeable. I feel heard and supported throughout my sessions. Im thankful for the tools and guidance Tonia has given me to manage my mental health effectively. Im also grateful for Bethany in helping me with my medications. I highly recommend BHS to anyone seeking therapy, especially those looking for convenience with their telehealth option.

I cannot recommend behavioral health solutions enough. Kayla, my NP, has been phenomenal and you can tell she actually listens to you and the rest of her patients. She explains every detail in a way thats easy to understand and grasp quickly. Tonia has been instrumental in my journey towards becoming a strong and confident woman and I am so incredibly grateful that I found her through BHS. She has a unique ability to create a safe and comfortable space that allowed me to open up and address my challenges-something Ive never experienced in a provider or with therapy before. Ive already had leaps and bounds of progress-something that couldnt be accomplished with my previous providers in a way longer period of time. Tonia's approach to therapy is unlike any other I've experienced. She not only listens attentively but also empowers you to take control of your life. You can tell that she truly cares for her patients and loves what she does. Thanks to her guidance, I've not only overcome obstacles but have grown into a more resilient and self-assured person. In my quest for mental health care, I found myself entangled with Behavioral Health Solutions, only to discover a nightmarish blend of incompetence, disregard for patient well-being, and an absolute lack of professionalism. Firstly, attempting to communicate with the office staff is an exercise in futility. If you manage to navigate through the labyrinth of disorganization and reach someone, consider yourself fortunate. However, be prepared for a coin toss on whether your voicemail will ever be returned. The reliance on an online portal for communication further exacerbates the frustration, as responses from the care team often border on indifferent one-word affirmations. Medication management became a recurrent nightmare, with instances of unnecessary refills and, more alarmingly, periods of weeks without essential medications. The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated; being without psychotropic medication is not a trivial matter and should not be treated as such. This sheer disregard for patient well-being is, quite frankly, unacceptable. One of the most egregious incidents involved a staggering increase in the copay for my ADHD medication, leading to a misguided push toward an antidepressant. Despite my explicit warnings about past adverse reactions, my concerns were summarily dismissed, resulting in a near crisis situation. The lack of consideration for a patient's history and well-being is deeply troubling. The pinnacle of my disillusionment was reached when my medication provider failed to attend a scheduled appointment, leaving me stranded in the virtual waiting room for over 45 minutes. This not only showcased a shocking lack of professionalism but also endangered my health by depriving me of essential medications. While I was fortunate enough to connect with an exceptional therapist during my time with Behavioral Health Solutions, their departure from the practice was an ominous signal of deeper issues within the organization. It is worth noting that patients have no say in the assignment of therapists, highlighting the lack of agency in one's own treatment plan. Additionally, I must emphasize that the complexity of my diagnoses, which I have grappled with for over two decades, was consistently met with an alarming level of condescension and ignorance from the providers at Behavioral Health Solutions. Despite living with and managing my individual disorders for an extensive period, I found myself consistently made to feel ignorant, disregarded, and infantilized during my interactions with the clinical team. The dismissive attitude towards my wealth of personal experience and self-awareness regarding my diagnoses further underscored the lack of empathy and understanding within this organization. It is disheartening to entrust your mental health to professionals only to be met with a patronizing tone that implies a fundamental lack of respect for the patient's knowledge of their own condition. This dismissiveness not only adds insult to injury but also raises serious questions about the competence and empathy of the providers at Behavioral Health Solutions. Patients should not have to endure such demeaning treatment, especially when dealing with the intricacies of long-standing mental health challenges. In light of this, I caution anyone seeking mental health support to consider how their unique experiences and insights may be devalued within the walls of Behavioral Health Solutions.
