HOR-RI-BLE!!!! Patient care is absolutely the worse!! Rheumatology Doctor is never available and the staff is unapologetic about it. My appointment was cancelled 4 times and on the 5th cancel, I showed up to my appointment, extremely sick from my unmonitored condition only to be told, I need to find another doctor! I asked for a contact to a patient advocate, I was told by the office they dont have one! Then I was told I could see the doctor if I pay an extra $200 fee which they could not explain! They have absolutely no concept of patient care! I have wasted my time and money only to become sicker and sicker than I was before because Ive had no actual patient care. If you care about your health, stay away!!!

I am not impressed by this place And would give it zero stars if I could. Doctors do not seem focused on the needs of their patients. They do the bare minimum, if that. Patient had a very painful bone cancer that went undiagnosed for years. Completely inexcusable. 2nd patient had a connective tissue disorder that resulted in disability Because it was never diagnosed by this clinic. This used to be a great clinic years ago. Things have changed unfortunately. The experience that we had there cannot be fixed. I can only recommend future patients think very carefully about relying this clinic for their healthcare.
