The most horrible delivery system ever, no customer service horrible delivery time, and they can't even get in to my complex after they've delivered here over 30 times wow what a joke

if i can give zero stars i would. I ordered a drill from Home Depot and they use ON TRAC. Had i known how bad ONTRAC is i would of went to the store and picked it up. The reason i ordered online it said next day delivery. Well it made it to Henderson Nevada early the next day and showed out for Delivery the next day, then it said delayed. Day two website says the same thing out for delivery later that day it was delayed. How does a package thats no more than 20 minutes away keep being delayed.. we are on day 3 now. i will keep you updated. I tried to call the 1800 number and a name says track online and hangs up.. ONTRAC YOU SUCK!!!!!

Every time I order from a company that uses this carrier I never receive my package. I received an email saying my package was delivered and it had a pic showing my package at the wrong door. I reached out through and their response was there was nothing they can do. Even though the pic in the delivery email clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong door. This company takes no responsibility. The only option is o dispute the charge with your bank bc they offer no assistance or resolution at all.
