I receive Help On Getting my record I was not expecting it They help me in all ways as not use to this . Use to get a robot answer machine and it not understanding what I need I will give them I will give them 5 Stars outstanding glad they are their to help

5 stars service. I have ordered wrong apostille. Many people could just go and complete an order, however I was contacted by Rhoda to double check if that is really what I wanted. That saved me $250 on the spot. Immaculate service. Thank you very much Rhoda for your professionalism and duty of care.

This group of Customer Service [CS] representatives are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Presented with a tight tmeline and the need for an Apostille Document to enable my wife to change her name when she/we return to Australia which requires it. The CS rep not only corrected my order to switch from the wrong order i had placed and ordered us the correct document Austrialian authorities require. This latter service is incredible enough but then they moved the Apostille Document application to the "top of the pile" knowing our flight to Australia was occurring in a matter of days!! I highly recommend this company and their obvious dedication to making sure newly married couples get the necessary paperwork for legal purposes states and countries require!! King's Regard!!
