John Michaelson and his entire team are extremely knowledgeable, timely, responsive and professional. From start to finish, the process was seamless and efficient. Since this was our first time doing something like this, all options and costs were up front and explained so there was never any questions. We never felt rushed or like we were just another client. Even during the signing process their team made sure to once again go over everything so we understood all documents.
