The staff is excellent! They encourage you to take the first few classes at your own pace and ensure you get on one-pointers during class. 10/10 recommend.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service. No return calls or emails. I had to call several times and spoke to numerous people. No one could help, said they would call back. No one did. I injured myself on 1st visit. They said they would put account on hold until I was better. They still continued to charge me. They refused to refund me or retify the issue even though they supposedly had account on hold. I chose to cancel rather than return to such a terrible company. Don't go here, just in case. They just want your money.

My favorite workout class Ive joined! The instructors are super nice & fun, they always craft unique workouts that target a different muscle group on each day of the week so you can get a really rounded routine going. Been coming here for about 9 months now & I love it, have definitely noticed a difference in my body physically & just the way I feel overall.
