Being a small business owner is stressful in so many ways. Especially if you are a new business owners. I made contact with Dakota at Bandit Brands & Marketing through an ad on Instagram. When I started my car detailing business, I knew how to detail cars and how to keep my clients happy. My challenges were that I had no previous experience getting new clients from scratch. The ones I had when I started were all referrals from previous clients. Also, I had zero knowledge on how to use social media to market myself. Other than the Instagram account I have so that I can watch hundreds of cat videos. haha. Right away, I felt comfortable with Dakota. He didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing and instead showed me how he was going to help me get new clients. He even laid out a pretty detailed plan for me. 1. Fine tune my IG page so more people would want to follow me. 2. Put me on a schedule of posting so I had consistent posts being made from my page. 3. Taught me how to engage with my audience so they would come back for more. 4. He put together a paid ad schedule that allowed me to spend my tiny budget on the right things (and my budget was tiny). 5. Also, gave me an idea of when I could pull back some of my new marketing so I could ride the wave of new followers I had. 6. At first, he edited my videos and images but met with me over a few weeks and taught me how to edit them in the future. 7. I've been using Bandit Brands for 8 months now, and I can now edit my images, videos, and put together my own schedule, however I continued to use Bandit Brands to manage all of my social media, which currently consists of IG, TikTok, FB and YouTube. I shoot the content or come up with the idea, and my social media manager (Jessica) handles the rest. I feel blessed finding Bandit Brands and Marketing. Since I started using them, my followers have grown, I went from just using IG, to now using Reels, FB, TikTok and YouTube. Being in Las Vegas, I often get people from California or Arizona who drive in for the weekend and hire my car detailing while their here.

Dakota underpromised and over delivered with his work. I needed a website, and he took it to another level. He and his team designed an amazing website and guided me in the right direction. Bandit Brands changed our lives! Coming into this process was terrifying for my husband and I. Our strength is customer service and caring about people one on one. But our weakness is communicating that through a brand and through a digital platform. Dakota at Bandit Brands eased all of our fears and helped us each step of the way. He is a true visionary in this area. In my mind I had a Pinterest board of random pieces and thoughts. He asked the important questions and guided us through the process. I'd like to point out he did not judge or think our ideas were crazy or awful. Bandit Brands really pinpointed what we wanted and delivered exceptional results, more than we could of hoped for, dreamed up, or imagined.
