        I recently cancelled my insurance with Farmers and afterwards was still charged. When I called Alfredo Alzola (my agent) and inquired about it, I was told that it was charged earlier and so I asked what would happen. I was told I would get a refund, but when I asked how much, I was told they didn't know. When I asked again, the agent said, "You will get your refund" and then hung up on me. I am a small business owner, and I have never seen such poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this agent for ANYTHING.
