You've Got Maids

I was hesitant to try a maid service because I've never used one before and always thought I should be doing this on my own, hut time and time again I've proven that I just can't do it alone. I intended to get a few quotes from a few places and this was the first place I spoke to. The prices were affordable and they could fit me in quick, so I didn't even bother searching around. The girls came in right on time and got straight to work. I'm so glad I chose this place because my place has never looked better. They did everything I asked and then some, even doing the correct room first so I could play my game while they finished up. There was one thing they couldn't get but said that if I reminded them for next time they'd bring the necessary equipment. Most people don't have silly string stuck to their ceiling like I do though so not a problem for the common man. All in all, love it, and I intend to use them from now on

Just used this service for the first time. The girls were very professional and very nice. However, the overall finished product was a B- at best. They absolutely killed it in the kitchen. No complaints really there. The hardwoods had some spots on them and tape from my daughter. It wouldnt have taken much effort to get that up but they were left behind along with a very noticeable film all over the floor. Upstairs the carpet was vacuumed up to about 90% with areas very noticeably either missed or left out. The bathrooms looked a lot better but the mirror cleaning stopped at the apparent height of the cleaner as the streaks on the mirrors left that evidence. Over all the cleaning was ok. I was quoted a range between 350 and 450. No surprise when they got here I was told it would be the 450 amount. Not to be that guy, but I would have given 250 tops for the clean I got. A nice thank you note and a spray bottle of something I am unsure what it is so I am afraid to use it but it was a nice gesture.

We had their spring cleaning service done today and honestly Im disappointed. The staff was very friendly and most of the house looks good but it looks like they did not even touch our shower in the master bathroom and none of the bathroom floors were cleaned. I ended up cleaning it myself after they left. Disappointing for the price we paid.

Had guest coming last minute and was able to book an appointment with them the next day. The cleanest my apartment has been!! Definitely recommend!

I have never had maid service of any kind. So, after an abundance of research, I settled on You've Got Maids and for a change all my research paid off. Jess and her crew did a wonderful job cleaning my home. We talked about what would be cleaned as we walked thru the house for the first time. I had errands to run so I took off. When I returned, I was so pleasantly surprised to find my home spotless and smelling clean. NOT that toxic bleach clean but a fresh smelling clean. I will be having them come every month, so I don't have to deal with heavy duty cleaning anymore.
