Beazer Homes Crosswind Estates

I'm renting a place here that was just built. They're great apartments for renting short term. Wouldn't want to own one. Quickly built and thrown together. Kitchen doesn't even have a backsplash. Breakers trip if I plug in a skillet and turn on the coffee pot at the same time. Upstairs floor creaks like your 90 year old grandmother's knees. Rooms just have vents above the doors for circulation. No ductwork inside the rooms. These keep the rooms hot as hell in summer. In las vegas...really? Got my car broken into the 1st night I moved in. Lots of the community walks their dogs and dont pick up poop. The construction workers will park next to you and just full swing their door into your car.

NOT A SAFE COMMUNITY!!! AVOID this property or probably ALL properties by Beazer. Terra West is the HOA company they use and they're horrible! They don't EVER answer your emails or calls about any issues with the community. Better off paying ur HOA else where that will actually give you what you pay for. I've been living here for 4 months and there has been at least 2 cars windows was broken into. I've seen more cops in this community than on Boulder highway right outside. Even with the gate, half the time it isn't even closed in the evening. Apparently, there was vandalism at the pool recently. They're doing ABSOLUTELY nothing to fix the problems. RUN NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!
