Fit for Life private training is one of the most important, if not the most important, activities of my week. Jimi is highly qualified and aware of individual needs. His direction during the past two years has improved my posture, balance, snd strength. Recently I fell hard on my arm, and I believe that the strengthening exercises I am coached to perform kept me from breaking my bones. I recommend Jimi without reservation because his direction has enabled me to perform all kinds of formerly challenging tasks with ease. Jimi's encouragement snd smile brightens my day! I've been training with Jimi for a few years now and I love it. He's knowledgable and attentive. The one on one sessions make it a great non-judgemental non-intimidating environment to get great workouts done in. It was with Jimi's help that for the first time in my life I was able to do a pull-up. A mighty big accomplishment for me! I've tried the trainers at big chain gyms and they just don't hold a candle to Jimi. Jimi is amazing at catering his workouts to his clients. So no matter what stage in life/fitness you are in, it makes no difference, he will cater to you.
