Stopped by here while we were visiting Vegas. We had a few options, but ultimately chose this gym due to Magnus' video. Staff was insanely friendly and the gym was laid out well and super clean. Will definitely come back when I'm visiting Vegas again. Definitely recommend coming here!
If I had to nit on some things:
1. The weight lifting area is oddly placed in the middle of the climbing area, but also see why they placed it here
2. Getting the belay card felt a bit too easy. Not to gatekeep folks from top roping, but I would be a bit hesitant if I needed to find a top rope buddy. Very basic fundamentals were tested, but if I were to improve, I would force the tester to go through the actions of certain commands, like take, falling, and lowering, vs just verbally testing the commands

Staff was a bit pretentious and condescending, and the basic amenities like lockers were slightly below par in my opinion. They don't leave grigris on the top rope walls, which is a basic and cheap investment for a serious gym. The gym is also a bit dirty, mainly the holds being extremely chalky. There's really no excuse for this, as I was there at midday on a slow day (so they had time to clean in the morning and there wasn't a big crowd that suddenly chalked up all the holds). This was so bad that some climbs were easily 1 or 2 grades above posted without brushing. They also don't use Kaya (unless I missed it), which is a bummer.
The bouldering selection is expansive and varied. This is definitely the niche this gym is trying to serve - you're sacrificing pretty much everything else to have such a large and interesting collection of boulders. Not right for me, but I see how others might prefer it. They said the gym was sandbagged (read: pretentious), but the climbs I tried were perfectly fair.
