Awesome experience. The instructors are helpful and versatile to each childs personality and needs. My daughter loves it and we hope to continue this every weekend.

Absolutely loved this gym. My sons schedule got too busy to continue classes or else we'd still be attending. Miss this place!! Highly recommend bringing your kids here!

My Gym Henderson provides a safe and loving environment for kids to learn, play, and socialize. My daughter was a member here for almost two years and this has been the best, well rounded activity I've had her in. We still come as much as possible for special events. This will be long because there is so much to say about My Gym and two years of membership. My Gym truly feels more like another home (for my daughter and for myself) than an impersonal gym membership. Here are the main things we have loved:- The gym is CLEAN and safe, they clean between all classes and there is lots of padding for safety- The teachers are loving and patient with kids- In addition to classes there are holiday parties, monthly parents' night out, and camps- Classes are a good mix of structure, free play, and socializing (it's hard to find activities that hit all of these)- Scheduling classes and events can be done onlineClasses are broken into age groups, except for sibling classes that are for all ages. My daughter started as a Gymster (1.5-2.5) and then was in the Terrific Tots (2.5-3.5) class. Both of these classes have parent involvement. Classes for older kids are independent classes. Gymsters and Terrific Tots are 50 minute classes with a mix of structured time and free play. Kids can run around a bit before class starts and then class starts with circle time. Circle time has singing, dancing, learning about how their bodies move, and a chance to independently introduce themselves. From there kids are released for free play. During free play both teachers set up skill stations to assist kids in activities that allow safe testing of their bodies. Skills like using the gymnastics bars or using balance beams. It's also fun things like roller coaster rides or parachute rides. Kids are never pushed to do anything that makes them uncomfortable. Towards the end of class they join up again for games or learning activities. The gym offers gymnastics bars, balance beams, a ball pit, a small climbing structure, climbing walls and racks, a trampoline, and padded items to climb and roll around on. There is tons of padding everywhere so kids can test equipment with a safe place to fall. The configuration of the equipment is changed weekly so it never gets boring for kids. Everything is incredibly clean. In the two years we've been coming here they've even replaced equipment. The gym and lobby are thoroughly sanitized between classes. The bathrooms are always clean. I'm in awe of everything Rayna puts into running the gym. She is always energetic and patient with the kids. She never acts like she's having a bad day. The gym is open seven days a week and she is almost always part of class or at least on site. This is a family business with Rayna's sweet boys helping at parties and parents' night out. They are so good with the little ones. My daughter thinks they are her friends. The social aspect is awesome for both the kids and the parents. Since we came often my daughter had the chance to make some really good friends here and so did I. Gym friendships have evolved into birthday parties, play dates, and finding supportive/encouraging mom friends. You can also just come to class if you want! We have plenty of friends that we enjoy the company of at the gym alone. The special events are really fun and reasonably priced. They have 50 minute holiday parties for Easter, Halloween, and Christmas for $19. Parents' Night out is monthly (kids 2+) with three hours of fun with pizza and juice boxes included for $39. Each month has a different theme like book night, dinosaur night, or corresponding to nearby holidays. We haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but they offer themed morning camps one week in the summer and one week in the winter. The pricing of the unlimited classes is a good deal for families that can come often. The Gymster classes worked best with our schedule and we would come up to five times a week. It's the best deal in town for kid activities if you come three or more times a week. Now that my daughter is in preschool and has other activities we'd only be able to come once a week. I found it a bit pricey for the once a week option. This was a bummer because we love the gym and would have loved to stay on for once a week. The only things I didn't love (and certainly not enough to give anything less than five stars) is the location. My Gym is inside the mall and I don't feel safe in the mall parking lot. I know plenty of others who are comfortable with the location so this is definitely a personal preference. Overall, I am so thankful that I chose this as my daughter's first activity. We've also done swimming, soccer, karate, cooking classes, and gymnastics- none of them have provided the experience that My Gym has provided. The environment is like a family and really allowed my daughter to play and learn how to move her body safely. I highly recommend My Gym for little ones!
