Power Hour 360 - Henderson

I normally go to the Southwest gym but I visit this Henderson location when the schedule calls for it. Power Hour 360 is crushing it at both locations for me... "Techmology" - Flat screen TVs are mounted all over the gym which provides real time info on your workout intensity from your heart rate monitor: heart rate zone and calories burned. Additionally, the running program and instructional video of the exercises programmed are displayed as well. Whenever I get lost, it's just an easy glance at the monitors to see where I'm at in the session and what movement I should be doing. Class Structure: First half: The classes start off with a cardio session with treadmills and rowing machines. PH360's program of changing speed/incline/movement every minute makes the time go by quickly and keeps me distracted (from boredom, my own personal issue) and focused on the workout. Second half: Strength training via dumb bells, kettle bells, slam balls and TRX are tools you'll utilize at this location. The programming is functional and makes the time go by fast. My favorite is boxing days on weds & sat currently. Great stress reliever pounding away on the heavy bag, you blink and the 30 minutes is gone. I've trained with Stephanie and Courtney at this location. They are both high energy and keep you motivated throughout the workout. They're very technical with the movements and will adjust them accordingly for all fitness and ability levels. The facility is spacious and all the equipment is clean. They offer a free week for those curious in their workouts. Enjoy!

This is a great gym. Loved the workouts, and was with them for over a year. I had to cancel because the distance for me was just a bit too far. Fabulous workouts with Stephanie and Fred. I left here in some of the best shape of my life! May wind up going back! Hope they get another Henderson location, closer to Horizon/Mission area.

Let me start off by saying that I tried other gyms (based on good reviews) for a free week but I kept on searching until I find the place that I feel comfortable with and you will not be judged. As soon as I stepped my feet inside PH 360 to try out for a free week, I felt comfortable and happy as clam . Without a second thought I signed up with Reinier (the founder) who is a great guy! I've been coming there for close to 2 weeks now (have already lost 5 lbs!). I love the experience so far. The place is clean, it has a great vibe and excellent atmosphere. Love the variety of classes upbeat and motivating. There is a great selection of times to take a class. You will love Roberto (the manager and/trainer) also the other trainers, they are very encouraging, customer oriented and always make a class challenging. They makes you feel important and welcome. This is a very well run place. Thank you for all you do to make this a great place! Highly recommended!
