Good- they do very beautiful flower arrangements5stars
Bad- I had been getting flowers delivered for a few years for different occasions(including Valentines Day), but the past 2 years on Valentines Day has been super bad, I buy super early before Valentines Day and ask for delivery, but NOW and the past 2 years they wont guarantee me a early morning delivery, telling me it will be a 2:30pm or later delivery the problem is my Wifes a Teacher(20yrs.), and works just a few blocks down from this flower shop..she leaves at 2:30/3pm, so shes not gonna get them and/ or the surprise of getting flowers would fail big timeremind you I spend $140 to $200 at there business 2 /3 times a year, and willing to pay extra (I tell them), to get them delivered early. So they tell me if you want them delivered early it will need to be on (and get this), February 13th or February 15, thats the best they can do for me. Alls I want to know is why NOT, just Deliver on February 14th early when my wife is working in the morning time?????. And the other answer I get is they dont have enough delivery drivers, so they cant guarantee any delivery times.
So now Flower of the Fields, you may not need my money, but you loose out on a Valid customer, who supported your business for quite a few years..all because you cant deliver flowers earlier then 2:30pm.
