I went to get patches sewn on to a white coat. It was a pretty simple job, sew a circular patch onto the front pocket and a patch on the shoulder. They charged way more than they should have, took a week to get it done, and when I went to pick it up, the circular patch was sewn through the pocket so it wouldn't open, and the patch on the shoulder was significantly off-center. They would not offer a refund, and now I have to wait until the end of the week for them to fix it. This place is no longer getting my business. Update: When I went to pick it up for the 2nd time, the circular patch was discolored. Please do not ever give this sorry excuse for a dry cleaners your business. Service: Alterations
