Recently had a lumbar spinal fusion and was instructed to go to any Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging location for an X-Ray prior to my next appointment with my neurosurgeon. The front desk clerk was pleasant, but Robin in admitting was rude, disrespectful, discourteous and made no effort to help me. I had all of my necessary paperwork with me, but she never took the time to read it. Meanwhile, she was on the phone nearly the entire time I was at her desk, working on someone elses case. This is an otherwise great place for medical imaging, but ask for someone else if you hear your name called by Robin. Needless to say, I was unable to get an X-Ray. Ill be sure to share my experience with my neurosurgeon and insurance provider. Thanks for going the extra mile for a disabled military veteran...or not.
