I went to see Andrea Warburton to fill out paperwork and request lab work required for a job offer. She was friendly enough, however she lacked attention to detail. My lab work required very specific labs (written out on my paperwork). She briefly looked at them and she apparently knew exactly what I needed. Turns out I am out $1K because I was referred for lab work that was not specified on my paperwork. If you are looking for a doctor that possesses attention to detail, please look elsewhere.

Where to begin? I spent 90 dollars on a telehealth call. Warburton was 15 minutes late and rushed me off the phone in, no hyperbole, 5 minutes. They wont respond to request from my pharmacy to refill my medication. Last time this happened it was because I hadnt seen them in several months but said 90 dollar telehealth appointment was 2 months ago or less. If you can prescribe me a birth control over the phone while not physically seeing me, you cant ask if I still need a refill on a medication Ive been taking 10 years? During my pap smear they did not ask if I was comfortable having a student in, then told me the pap smear hurt more than expected because Im too skinny. Spoke to an OBGYN thats nonsense. I have no idea whats going on with this office. I shouldve left the moment they charged me 90.00 for a 5 minute phone call.

I really liked my doctor and the staff were really nice but they lost my blood samples all 9 tubes and its very important that I keep my levels monitored. I thought I found my new primary care physician. Im very disappointed Update. They were able to fix everything even though the lab is a separate entity. I really like Andrea because she actually listens to me , she doesnt push drugs on you and will offer ways to improve without medication if possible as that is what I told her I was looking for . Im just hoping my insurance company stops fighting with them so I can go back .

I highly recommend this office. Especially, Andrea because she is in tune with today's medical treatments. She has a wide range of knowledge so I feel like I could go to her for anything. I read some of these reviews about prices but I haven't experienced anything besides the normal co-pays if you were to have insurance. Overall, I think I get great service for monies spent. All of my scripts have been ordered quickly. Its nice to have a one stop shop for any medical advice that I need.
