Seen a few employees acts like they hated their job or helping customers was a huge chore

I have walmart + () picked my time for delivery (needed it pretty urgently) ordered my stuff. Got a message order was delayed to later the evening (fine just needed by 8pm) I work at 3am so I had to go to bed at 7pm so I had my husband watch for the order to bring into the house. Next day no order came and online still said delayed. I called later that morning and was told it had been canceled in store (WHAT?) "We are sorry for the inconvenience and all we can do is cancel it and refund your money" No reason why...now I understand stuff happens ect but why wasn't anything communicated the day I ordered the groceries???? Very unprofessional and then a slap in my face "here's $5 off your next order" thanks but seriously Smiths Marketplace is right down the street. I am not very confident in walmarts delivery service.

Just like a smaller Walmart more inventory and I would like to say to Walmart management take better care of your employees everyone that I have spoken with that works for Walmart are unhappy due to no benefits offered and low wages Amazing a company that made 660 billion dollars was the #1 company on Forbes top 500 companies ignore the people who made that happen shame on you Walmart kick in some benefits for these people they deserve that
