Interesting to see the front office wont allow patients husband (patient dont drive) to wait in there waiting room with temperature over a hundred degrees outside. There isnt anyone in the waiting wait!

The doctor is GREAT but his front staff needs to take a hike. I've been with this group for six years and I was told to pay all up front and if I cancel my appointment for any reason my fees were non refunded. They just lost 9 of my family members business.

Dr Hahn is great but he can't keep hygienists and his administrative staff does not care about giving any kind of service. They are rude and robotic. My suggestion is that you find another dentist.

This is my new dental office and plan on being a patient for many years to come. The check in process is fast and easy. They get you right into a room. Everybody I have talked to has been professional and friendly. Thanks for the 5 star service!

I love the dentist and the hygienist! I am terrified of dental procedure, and Dr. Hahn cured my fears! However the communication between staff is poor. I had a cleaning pain up fromt but due to my gums bleeding I was told to let them rest and come back in a few weeks and she would finish for me. I just needed to have them polished but she didn't want to do that with the gum issue. So I went back she finished up and I was told up front I owed an additional $80. I explained that I already paid the fist time and that she couldn't finish and she said "no that was separate. Had I know this or told this I would have not went back. Being in a fixed income due to terminal illness polished teeth is the least of my concerns. I won't be going back and it's sad because Byron Hahn and his back office staff are amazing.
