Called the clinic weeks in advance, shared my insurance details and requested for a cleaning. Upon arrival they said they cant do cleaning and inspection on the same day (which was not conveyed when Id called to book) so got my inspection done and rescheduled cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, the staff mentioned they need to conduct a deep cleaning, something that was missed during the inspection. And also informed me about additional out of pocket, something that wasnt discussed during the first visit. They now want me to go back a third time for the deep cleaning appointment. Not sure how they manage new patients but this was definitely one of the most mismanaged dental offices Ive visited. Not going back.

Being in sales requires a lot of face time which means I rely on my smile for a living. Dr. Tozzi and her entire staff helped me achieve my dream look. I looked all around Vegas for the best of the best and I couldnt be more please with finding Dr. Tozzis office. From taking impressions, coming up with a treatment plan, wearing beautiful temps, to the final look - it was more than I could have hoped for. Thank you all so much for helping me smile with CONFIDENCE!
