I've now been to this dentist for myself and my 2 teens. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They are extremely thorough in the exam and made us feel comfortable. The office and equipment is very modern and up-to-date. Highly recommend.

Im highly disappointed with my visit to Union Village Modern Dentistry, I had a wisdom tooth removal appointment schedule, everything seemed to be going fine I was completely hooked up to everything and ready to go until the doctor came in and said he wouldnt be able to perform the surgery and would need to refer me out to someone else. Heres my problem with this: The doctor didnt tell me this until 20 minutes AFTER my procedure was suppose to begin. It takes a lot of mental preparation to go into a surgery and I also had to prepare my service based business while I was going to be out, which is added stress to factor in. The office and doctor should have looked over my Xrays at least 48 hours before hand so they could tell me that the doctor wasnt qualified or confident enough to perform a wisdom tooth extraction. My mother flew in from Florida and missed 5 days of work for this. My friend took off work to help be there for my recovery as well. These are real peoples lives that they had to rearrange to make this accommodation and for the doctor to not even look over the X-rays before hand and for the dentist to not be honest about the possibility of the doctor not being able to do the surgery at all is highly unprofessional. This was a complete waste of everyones time and when I was checking out all they had to say to me was oh bummer huh? Like yeah its a huge bummer & disappointed when we pay $3,000 and put our live on hold to in turn not be respected or considered. On top of that the refund for the wisdom tooth extraction wont even be here in time for my new appointment with a different doctor so basically this office just loves to keep people in pain & waste their time. I went through the entire pre-opp process, no food for 8 hours, paid to get my nails removed, and flew my mom in all to be told the doctor couldnt do it. If I could give 0 stars I would. This office needs to have better operations and more qualified doctors. This could have be completely avoided. The office takes no accountability. It was a waste of everyones time and money and the office gave no consideration for that.

These people are awesome. They did an awesome job with my wife very fast very efficient and helped with everything they took their time to help understand Paul it was an awesome
