They make it impossible to quit the service been on the chat with a representative over an hour. All they do is offer you new prices and try to bill you monthly with no real services.

Its a rip off they get you to sign up and then charge you within the first week for 125 i had a 680 score and it dropped to 640 right after i signed with them due to them sending letters to everyone on my credit report now im still at a 640 thanks to them. Total rip off

I work for one of the largest builders in Nevada and have referred people to this credit repair business. They completely made up a amount to be charged monthly and instead were double billing and taking out more than the fee that I agreed too. Beware of your charges. There services are ok, but to double dip every month is NOT!

Do not use this company. They will take money and will make you do all of the work. They send challenge letters that can be found on google, or even places like tiktok. They have you send notarized letters that do not work. You pay for their service, plus notarizations and the mailing fees. The wording in the letter that is sent says within 30 days, but its been over 6 months. The amount of money used to pay this company can be used towards the debt at this point. They will lie and say they need to send more challenges and notarized letters to keep you paying the subscription. They will change the timeframes from 30 days to 45 days to even 60 days.
