Platinum Hospitalists

I received a bill from Platinum Hospitalists, LLP and called the billing department to inquire about the bill. No one answers the phone. I am sent to a voice mail box that is full and then I get hung up on. Only a health care provider company could get away with such terrible, non-existent "customer service."

Dr Rosenberg treated my wife in the hospital. He had a condescending and arrogant attitude. He did not like answering questions or addressing concerns. If you want to be treated by a doctor who has any decent amount of empathy then he is not the doctor for you.
