Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The staff is the most unprofessional and rude I have ever experienced. since when is a cup of water not provided but instead must purchase a bottle of water. And when asked the employee said its the owners policy and closed the door. On top of it cant even order without being rushed and the staff trying to upsell on every item you order. The coffee never tastes the same and the food is cold.

Every time my fianc and I come here its a great experience, every employee is so kind and the restaurant is very clean!! Love coming here

I ordered a drink with less ice and they handed me a cup that was only half full.all they said is the measurements are the same, but that they wont accommodate for less ice. Like, if they are that hard up for money that they cant fill my drink I ordered I would have paid an extra dollar to ensure I got what I wanted. It was pretty pathetic of them and I will not be going to any Dunkin Donuts ever again if this is how stingy theyre going to be with their drinks.

I ordered 4 donuts and usually only eat 1/2 of each donut and an iced coffee. The window cashier actually judged me for ordering donuts. Not Born-Again.
