        Someone hacked my Rue21 account and placed an order for pick up at this store utilizing my stolen information (payment and all). I caught it before the order was actually picked up and spoke with someone claiming to be the assistant manager who said they would put the items aside and WOULD NOT allow the person who stole my information per the pick-up instructions their name was CJ Williams to pick the order up. She also assured me the store manager, Iggy or Izzy, would be calling me back to assist with the police report as I reside in a completely different state. Not only was no call ever received, but when I checked my emails the next day they had actually let the individual who placed the order with my stolen information PICK THE ORDER UP!!!!! There was no police contact, no moving the items to loss prevention as discussed.. NOTHING! I am truly livid this store would assist in theft even after assuring me this order placed with under my stolen information would not be given away to the thief.
