        Called to check and to see if they took my insurance and they wanted to make an appointment and they would do a complimentary insurance check. Really? So they are going to force you to come in to potentially tell you that your insurance is not accepted. If its not accepted Im going to turn around and walk out anyway because I want a long term doctor. If this is the kind of customer service you get over the phone, why would I want to step foot in the office.

        Traveling for work in Henderson, NV and in need for my neck pain relief. Look up near by and Chiropractor Dr. Swolensky took me in to fix my issue. The staffing are absolutely awesome and the facility. Thank you for helping with my relief of my pain. I highly recommend them for any issues. Thank you so much!!

      Thanks for sharing. We offer very unique care and frankly don’t have the time to verify insurance prior to people coming in. If insurance is your primary concern your provider manual or calling the number on the card and being on hold for 30-60 minutes will get you an answer as to provider participation. And should add the insurance company will tell you anything they say on the phone is no guarantee until you receive the EOB. As to why you would want to step foot in our office… we offer services you won’t find anywhere else. Sorry this didn’t work out and if you ever decide you want to see the amazing services we provide… our door is open to you!!
