        Made appointment to get my 2023 G70 serviced. When I made the appt and when I called to confirm the day before I was never told that they don't deal with the service warranty and that it would be out of pocket for the appointment. They sent us a text an hour before the appt to let us know. We live an hour away so we drove out there for no reason.

        I must admit that the guy in the service dept was very accommodating since we ended up going a day early for our appointment, however, a big mistake luxury car dealerships make is judging a book by its cover. I had asked for a Genesis brochure from a salesperson. Not only did he not come back to say he checked and didnt have anymore but he didnt even offer to show me the new Genesis. I guess we wont be buying one from there when we buy our eight Hyundai which include two previous Genesis!
