        I went in for help with an exchange, and Ruby was wonderful! She was so sweet and helped me out a lot ! She made me feel so comfortable, unlike other times where ive come to this store, and no one has been helpful or even that nice , I cannot express how pleasant of a trip this was to Francescas. Im going to love coming back to see Ruby!

        Ruby was amazing! She was beyond helpful, and went out of her way to help my mom and I out! I've never experienced such a kind and helpful employee at Francescas, like Ruby ! She had an amazing attitude and the best customer service ever. This establishment is lucky to have her, every time I go now, I will be asking for her.
