        Great bank and excellent staff. Traffic can be a little perilous at this location so be cautious.

        Horrible branch. its useless, and they are lazy. won't go out of their way to do what most bankers do. just cuz they dont have tellers, means they should have better one on one interactions. The guy that has been there for "15years" - old balding guy with glasses and thin beard - is the worst manager. Save yourself the headaceh and go to another branch or stick to your home branch. Chase is a good bank, but THIS BRANCH is useless. There's a reason why they stuck this staff at this branch - no tellers, no relationship managers, just a dumb assistant and arrogant manager. Stay away.

        I was promptly assisted today by Osvaldo! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted which was pleasant. He assisted me in closing my account since I'm trying to get away from JP Morgan and their products. Osvaldo was polite and professional and made my transaction very easy.

        There is no tellers. Plenty of bankers at their office desk. Only have an ATM feature. Waste of time.
