Chase Bank

Everyone here is so polite and helpful!! I think this is the friendliest branch I've been to. As a feral coin collector, ive been to pretty much every chase in Vegas and henderson at least once , and this one stands out as the best. Best vibes

This branch, is well staffed with competent friendly personnel in an inviting atmosphere with a great vibe. I accomplished, everything I anticipated during my appointment. Easily, 5 Stars, had Chase customer service staff, from a different site had not set up a telephone personal banking appointment with me, and failed to both alert me before or after that she would not make the appointment. She was in great spirits, once I called about the missed appointment, but never apologized. She did offer to reschedule...haha yeah, it's that and the non user friendly website, that prompted me to go into a branch.

This branch has always has had a small town bank feel. They know my name and take great care of me and my businesses.

I couldn't believe the difference in customer service I received compared to the customer in front of me. Veronica was absolutely rude to me for no reason, and was very condescending when trying to explain the deposit process of a check. Not once did she smile like she had with the previous client. I get that I'm not your typical customer, in terms of the demographic in Inspirada, but I certainly don't expect this of Chase, given my long history banking with them. People like Veronica make me feel like the Latin x community isn't welcomed around here. For that, I'll drive 15 minutes to the next closest Chase. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service.

Went in this branch today, to get my account put into a trust. The woman refused to help me and told me to come back late next and refused to give me her name or the name of the person who had a notary. Very unprofessional.
