Exceedingly Excellent Sales Service! It not very often you can say that after purchasing a used vehicle! A big thank you to Jordan Waugh for guiding us through the purchase and trade-in process. Jordan is a great communicator and was on top of everything involved with the trade-in, purchase agreement for the truck and having the truck ready when we arrived for our inspection and hand-over. Purchasing a vehicle can be a somewhat stressful event; however, Jordan made the process smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend contacting Jordan if you are in the market for a used vehicle. Additionally, I was and continue to be very impressed with the dealership service department and their attention to detail in preparing the used vehicle for resale. All the employees we have interfaced with are top notch, especially Jordan and Sarah, the Finance Manager who really knows the finance part of the business and was super helpful with the Vehicle Service Agreement. I know Ill check with JLR Henderson first when Im in the market for another vehicle. Keep up the great work!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Customer service is definitely not their strong suit in the service department. Walter (service advisor) is the worst. He states he will give you updates on the car when its in the shop, however, never calls. You have to call him. Have had to take our car into this shop at least 11 times in the past 3 years. It has always been a struggle. This last time we noticed something (not going into details) and I had to get to a service manager. Jason (service manager) states, "yes, I will look into it and get back to you. Low and behold, he never did!! I do not recommend this place for service whatsoever. Also, NEVER purchase a Jaguar. They are the crappiest cars. To pay the amount of money you pay and have to have repaired at least every other month and shell out almost $10K for repairs, they are not worth it at all.

I worked with Sydney Israel on the purchase of a used vehicle from Land Rover/Jaguar of Henderson. He is professional, honest, and courteous through and through. He was up front about all fees/charges associated with the vehicle purchase. I highly recommend working with him. He's an outstanding individual and a joy to work with. Corbin Thomson, the finance manager, also made the purchase smooth and easy. Great work from both of these individuals.
