    My experience living here was less than fantastic. At first glance, the property is beautiful as are the apts. everything is newish as they have only been open for a few years. The pool area is beautiful and beats the four seasons hotel pool in my opinion. The bad: the fixtures are cheap and things break easily. If you like stomping and hearing the neighbors sneeze both under and above you then you will love this place. The lady above me let her dog bark for hours, the people below me playing loud, pounding music at 3am, AND there is NO security to call! If you like peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place for you. They are technically "pet friendly" although there is no pet area or comfortable place to walk a dog. There are also signs telling people not to let their dog pee lol. I am a responsible dog owner and always picked up after my dog but a lot of people leave the poop and it is ASPIRE'S JOB to pick it up! and they don't! They leave it there and send out threatening emails to anyone that owns a dog. Management sends out notices at least once a week threatening tenants that they are going to come into everyones apt because someone on the floor is smoking weed. If there is a trash smell they do the same. Notices telling tenants they cant have A Christmas wreath on their door or a mat in front of their door. I am not a child nor am I on public assistance no one has the right to enter MY apt because another tenants apts stinks! All they care about are future tenants not the tenants that actually live there and pay their rent on time every single month. Also, the place is haunted. One time I got out of the shower so the mirrors were steamed up, there was writing on the mirror. I took a picture of it. Lastly, I had to break my lease because of my senior mothers medical issue. According to a NV state civil code we had just cause to move. They forced us to provide all kinds of documents unrelated to what the LAW requires.

    Windows have never been cleaned despite multiple requests. As a resident, there is no way to wash the windows from the outside yourself. Exterior lights have been flickering for months. Walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing even if they are floor below you.

    This complex deserves the five stars, totally upfront and responsive to everything. Moved into my place and needed a couple touch ups got handled the next day. Enjoying the amenities and staff. Looking forward to continuing my stay.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I called to inquire about the rental requirements to obtain an apartment and what the immediate denial reasons would be so that I would not waste time applying or spending money on an application knowing that I wouldn't stand a chance. Marq Del Monte (leasing agent) informed me of the second chance program approval in case there was a denial in the application so I proceeded to apply because he mentioned the reasons behind the second chance program. The next day, he called me and told me I was approved through the second chance program via corporate decision. The set move in date for the apartment was November 18. I asked to move in December 1 as I could not move in sooner. Marq informed me that it was above his pay grade to change the move in date as that would change my base rent. He provided me with corporates telephone number to ask for the change due to the company wanting $720 for the remaining days in November even though I strictly stated I could not move in until December 1. So I reached out to Ashley Lewis (corporate manager) to inquire about the lease start date change and that I didn't want to pay for the remaining days of November as I would not be able to move in yet as I am located in Reno, NV and must complete the remaining 2 weeks at my job. Ashley Lewis did not care even though she has the authority. She should not be in management. She informed me that she could not allow me to keep my base rent and allow me to move in December 1st. Ultimately, stating that my base rent would go up $200 just for changing the date to December 1. I informed Ashley that the apartment had already been vacant since August 4th so adjusting the lease start date and keeping the same base rent shouldn't be an issue as it's been empty for awhile. Ashley proceeded with an attitude that she could not make any adjustments. She told me she would change the date and send me the new lease agreement with the new start date. However, hours later I receive an email from Melissa (property manager as Aspire) and she stated "Per corporate we are missing a piece of documentation so unless we're able to receive that then we cannot approve your application at this time." So in my opinion, corporate must've never read through my application thoroughly to approve me then deny me 2 days later. Ashley Lewis should not be in management. She is rude, careless, and unprofessional. I feel that because I challenged her opinion she tried to find a loop hole to get me denied from the apartment. The next day after that, Melissa calls me to tell me they would refund my $350 redecorating fee. She also said she'd ask corporate to refund the $50 application fee since I was provided the wrong information from Marq from the get go. But of course, Ashley would not agree to giving me my full refund back because she's incompetent, negligent, and ignorant. But I'm glad that things didn't work out for me to get an apartment here because dealing with someone like Ashley in corporate she wouldn't care if you complained or had an issue to try to fix anything. DON'T MOVE HERE! STAFF are uneducated about company policies and corporate could care less about any issues.

image My experience living here was less than fantastic. At first glance, the property is beautiful as are the apts. everything is newish as they have only been open for a few years. The pool area is beautiful and beats the four seasons hotel pool in my opinion.
The bad: the fixtures are cheap and things break easily. If you like stomping and hearing the neighbors sneeze both under and above you then you will love this place.
