Fairways on Green Valley

I dont live there, yet. However, Desteny at the front office was amazing showing my son and I apartments. It was freezing and raining and she did it with a smile! The property is very quiet and well maintained. A ton of amenities and a full gym! I already put in my application!

Maintenance and ground keeping is top notch. Front office is polite and helpful. Maintenance usually arrives same day or next day. Quick and efficient. Only issue is the no smoking on property. Including balcony's. But it's small issue. Overall satisfied with services provided

I love living here, its my first apartment. Inside is nice and a lot of great accommodations. Just wish they wouldnt lock the club house at random times and it would be nice if the sauna worked.

EDITING TO ADD*** the day they finally acknowledged this review is the same day they told me the crazy, unhinged with anger guy whos threatened multiple residents will remain living here without bringing in their legal team though they said they were at first?? DONT MOVE HERE!! Im trying to leave because I dont feel safe and they want a minimum of 4x rent within 2 months even though my property was damaged after being threatened! dont move here unless you like being surrounded by unleashed dogs and smokers in this smoke free and pet friendly community. the management does nothing about it after multiple complaints and even a fire theres also dog poop everywhere in the limited grass and all over the rocks despite having bags available the majority of the time. They will pretend to care about threats of violence until it comes time to actually do anything.
