everything about this move in was so easy. alex was so helpful and continued to help us whenever we contact her . feels very safe and secure here . absolutely love it here and will recommend it to anyone looking to move.

Ms. Jean the assistant manager is the best. So sweet and patient, and very helpful! The grounds and office were very clean and seemed to be nice and quiet. I recently applied at Paseo Del Prado, even if I dont get approved my rating will still be the same!!

Today is my first day here in Paseo Del Prado. I would like to commend Jean and Alex for their amazing job in the whole process of my application. During my 1st visit in their office, Jean is very helpful in a way that she explains every details of the process if i decided to apply. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. When I decided to apply, shes very positive that takes away my worries if I can be qualified. Shes always energetic and genuine specially when she listens to my concerns. Shes very patient in guiding me until the time we moved yesterday. Shes truly a big asset of this company. I also would like to commend Alex. She is always willing to help no matter how busy she is. She helped me with my cox inquiry. She showed me every single details of different cox plan like she works for cox as marketing officer(yes, thats not her job anymore). She gave suggestions and guided me all throughout my cox application until I finished it. She also showed me the beautiful parks nearby. She took time to make me feel that I am in the best area. I am also amazed of her knowledge and how much she memorized every single details of Paseo del Prados branches when I asked her about the company. Her knowledge in so many things is just mind blowing. Shes very genuine and always willing to give great service with extra miles. These two deserved the best recognition the company can offer.
