Do not rent from this company.I stayed there for 1 1/2 years and it was absolutely horrible.Bugs all over the apartment.Air conditioner went out and they didnt even fix it.The air ducts were filthy and they had a carpet installer use a shop vac on the outside vent cover instead of having a company professionally clean the ducts.Any time there was a problem it would take months for maintenance to come look at at.The manager is horrible and does not like white people at all.It is extremely over priced and is not a good place to live.

Cyan at Green Valley is an amazing place to live. What made it even more incredible was the customer service from Cortney who helped us with choosing the right unit to rent that fit our needs. Cortney explained each floor plan, all the amenities and most importantly the community events they host for the residents. We also loved the fact that Cyan is a gated community which makes me and my family feel safe.
