Very nice community I would love to live here

When i first moved in April of last year i thought it was a decent place. In august, my AC went out. I put in several maintenance requests and it took them 2 days to even come look at my AC. They would come while i was at work and not even call me to update me. I had to call them back to back asking how long it was going to be before it was fixed. About 3 days after it broke they brought in a portable AC unit for one of the bedrooms that barely worked. It didn't cool anything down. Finally they ordered a replacement unit and fixed it about a week later. I requested them to deduct money off of my rent since i wasn't able to stay at my house for over a week, of course they didn't do that. Now it is February and my water heater broke. I put in my first maintenance request on 2/10 and now it is 2/13 and the problem is still not fixed so me and my 2 kids are having to take freezing cold showers. Again they have not contacted me to update on the issue or give me a timeline of when the repairs will be completed. I can't wait until my lease is up. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live as the office staff here clearly doesn't care.

Thanks so much to Kimberly & Savanna ! They were so professional in getting me moved in. Any questions I had they both were there to answer and very attentive. They property is beautiful, my apartment is amazing and Ill be referring people soon. Thanks again!

This place's lay out is terrible. I am a delivery driver and no building is in order. Why in the hell do you want to live in a townhome with apartments across from you? All I can say, good thing I delivery, I find many places I would never live, this is one of them. Next to no parking either.

Well we are now in fall, and then winter and this complex Galleria Palms the main pool was not open all summer. they claim that it's the city of Henderson. Since I work with various city departments in Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, North Las Vegas. they are using that as an excuse. This complex 4 years ago, was not perfect but the office staff was personable, This staff here is unkind, down right rude. the manager. Please advise anyone that moves looks to move here don't. You will walk thru and smell dog shxx, trash blown around. kids that live hear tear up the property with no ramifications. DON'T MOVE HERE.. I GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR.. THERE WAS A TIME THIS FELT AS THOUGH THE OFFICE CARED THEY WOULD SEND EMAILS AND NOTICES, NOW NOTHING LAST EMAIL I RECEIVED WAS OFFICE CLOSE AND THAT WAS ON THE DAY THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. APARTMENTS ARE OLD NEEDS REPAIR, BUT THE MAINTANENCE CREW NEEDS A QUAILFIED MAINT MANAGER.
