Hillcrest Townhomes

Outdated townhomes. Poor management. Surprise visits (24 hour notice) at least once a month; very annoying. Also charged a bunch upon departure even though we were 'great tenants.' Charged for items that weren't in disrepair. When challenged the property manager would refer us to corporate. Corporate back to property management. The cycle continues and eventually they will send you to collections. Stay away. Better money spent elsewhere.

We loved living here! We loved it so much that we got a few of our friends into some of the homes. Never had any issues with management and maintenance was always available when needed. If we didnt buy a home, we wouldve stayed at hillcrest. Highly recommend this location. Close to everything, walking distance to a good elementary school, Costco nearby, St Rose Hospital around the corner, in between the M resort and Green Valley Ranch, literally everything youd need is close to you. Clean and safe for families.

I give this place a 5 stars. The manager is so friendly and nice. The location and neighborhood is super and close to everything. The place is so spacious and clean I love the attached 2car garage.

Been living here almost a year and had zero problems with management. Friendly environment too.

Absolute garbage. Hands down the worst place- they're trying to charge us additional fees after our deposit and cleaning fee after moving out. The manager will get bullied by other tenants and will harass you. You'll be discriminated upon and they'll make up rules that only you will be expected to follow but no one else. She will never get fired because she's friends with the owner. The pool stays disgusting year round, the garbage men don't come every week and the only take cashiers checks (what business cant take online payments in 2018?) They'll keep your full deposit, your cleaning fee and charge you extra for things that cant possibly be there.
